Here we have a lovely, clean example of a Schimmel baby grand piano, Made in Braunschweig, Germany.
As Schimmel dealers we are very fond of this brand, top quality construction using excellent components, it’s a rarity to find modern, secondhand examples in great condition such as this.
As with most Schimmels, this piano has a remarkable amount of power and dynamics for it’s size, plenty of resonance, a rounded warm tone and a substantial playing action you can both dig into and play delicately.
We have given this piano a make-over, re-doing the case in an ‘Ebonised Black’ finish to modernise it, re-buffing the brass work as well as standard prep work including regulation, voicing, tuning and cleaning.
Great opportunity to own a quality German piano substantially less than the new list price (£40k!).
