Steinway Model O Grand Piano

This piano is now sold.

Fresh from the workshop we have a beautiful restored Steinway Model O in a gorgeous Rosewood case.
The area of attention most pressing with traditional pianos is the action, so we have done extensive restoration in this area to help satisfy a wider range of players of different experience levels.
This restoration has really brought back the dynamics of the piano, a wonderful deep bass and well rounded tone!

Work included in this restoration:

– Replaced the hammers, strings, tuning pins and pin block
– Extensive action restoration
– New Leathers and Felts
– Refurbished the original soundboard
– Iron frame and lettering repainted
– The beautiful Rosewood casework has had a full strip and french polish, a wood no longer available on pianos anymore…
– Regulation, Tuning and Voicing

This Steinway Model O now looks and plays beautifully, whilst retaining it’s original spirit and character, ready for the next generation, a real centrepiece for the home!
